Owner and Founder Rosie Kefford is a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience, having owned three salons and served as a Beauty Therapy Lecturer and Assessor. While teaching at a local college, Rosie welcomed Becky as a work experience student, which evolved into a full-time role. For the past 13 years, they have worked together in the Suffolk salon.

Becky quickly advanced from a level 3 student to Senior Beauty Therapist and then to Salon Manager. Now a self-employed Beauty Specialist, she boasts an impressive clientele and reputation, along with a waitlist. Becky has also earned her teacher training qualifications to share her extensive knowledge and skills with aspiring beauty professionals.

The Suffolk Salon & Academy proudly showcases the numerous business and beauty awards Rosie has received over the years, including England's Beautician of the Year and Business Director of the Year Finalist.
